Possibilities / Operations

Editing this armoured plate requires the necessary experience. For example, it is possible to drill in here, but this is only possible with the right tools and especially the right type of drill.

Our machine park allows the following operations among others:

•  Cutting

  • Oxy: table of 8,8m x 14m
  • Laser: table 2.5m x 8m
  • Plasma: table of 3m x 14m
  • Water: table of 2m x 4m

  

•  Bending

  This special plate does not bend like other (non-ballistic) plates. The right machines and the right operator are indispensable here. This is where the Quardian plate comes into its own due to its bendable character without losing ballistic characteristics. We have a bending machine of 8 meters & 800 tons and one of 4 meters & 640 tons.

  All our welding works are carried out by experienced and qualified people. We can offer manual welding as well as robot welding.
